So we pick the truck up tomorrow, and from there the health inspector and occupational license. I will be posting final picks and also our weekly location updates..stay tuned.

Busy weekend

Went to the Freedom Fest this weekend with my kids. I met a fellow food truck purveyor Dochos Concession. Thanks to Deb who was very helpful and makes a mean Cuban and fried pickles..we can't wait to join you on the job.

Beginning Stage

Well Brent and I have a long road for the start of this food truck. We've run into some bumps which is to be expected, hopefully, its smooth sailing from here on out...Heres to great food in cramped quarters.
